An update to Section 209.00505 - Architectural Review Authority of the Texas property code last year requires the architectural control committee not be comprised of individuals serving on the board of directors, nor spouses or other household members of the board of directors. Therefore, we need volunteers!

The architectural control committee is responsible for reviewing incoming property change requests to ensure they keep the land and structures in accordance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions established in the governing documents.
