Responsibilities
The homeowners association is the cornerstone of a planned residential community. It brings continuity and order to the community, it preserves the architectural integrity and it maintains the common elements. Properly run, the association promotes the concept of “community” and protects the neighborhood’s property values.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS to work on committees. This can be a one-time or ongoing commitment. Some of your neighbors want to connect, join us as we try to make that happen.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
One of the best ways to maintain property values in a neighborhood is to have an ACC who keeps the land and structures in accordance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions established in the governing documents.

Social Committee
Plans community events like community garage sales, seasonal festivals, etc. Many times this committee and its members are considered to be the “glue” holding the community together.

Community Awareness Committee
An effective way to develop a relationship with local law enforcement, enhance safety awareness, can organizes, for example, National Night Out event or suggest safety awareness ideas to our community.
